1. Arrival: Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your reserved time. Check-in at the front counter, and each attendee will receive a wristband.
2. Sign In: Parents must sign in their children. Adults are $5.00 each, unless covered by the party host.
3. Table Setup: Bring your own food, drinks, tablecloths, and utensils. If needed, we offer a $9.99 meal utensil package.
4. Party Table: Kids' shoes and jackets go in the provided cupboards at your table. Extra adults can sit in the general seating area.
5. Decorations: Only table decorations are allowed. No taping items to walls or using confetti, glitter, or piñatas. Helium balloons are permitted with weights.
6. Meal Time: We recommend eating 60 minutes into the party. Plan for pizza delivery delays and serve cake after the meal.
7. Playing: If time allows, kids can play again after eating. We can help round them up with a megaphone if needed.
8. Drink Orders: Let us know in advance when to serve drinks, if ordered.
9. Party End: Weekday parties may extend playtime based on availability; weekend parties must adhere to the schedule.
10. Departure: Distribute goody bags, ensure children leave with the correct adult, and pack up your belongings.
11. General Rules: All kids must wear socks, casual clothes are recommended, and no alcohol is allowed on the premises. Bathrooms are in the food court.
