Details:

Receive a wristband upon entry, allowing you to come and go throughout the day as long as you keep your wristband on.
All adults entering the facility must purchase admission for $5 each.
Wristbands are non-interchangeable and cannot be swapped with other guests.
One parent or guardian must accompany children at all times within the play center.
Washrooms are not available in the facility but are conveniently located around the corner from us by the food court.
Socks are required for all children and adults to play.

Castle Royale Offers a Drop and Shop Service for Parents!

Pricing:

Drop and Shop Rate:

1 hour $25.99 per child
2 hours $29.99 per child
For a maximum of 2 hours

Details:

Children over 4.5 years old can be left for up to 2 hours.
Parents must stay within The Park Royale Mall during this time. This can be either the north or south side of the mall or the village.
A Canadian or US cell phone number is required to use this service, no exceptions will be made.
We do not have a washroom in the facility. Please make sure to take your child to the washroom before registering. Washrooms are conveniently located around the corner from us in the food court on the second level.
Timely pickup is essential to avoid late fees.
This service is not one-on-one babysitting; children are expected to play independently.
Socks are required for all children.

Please Note:

Late pickup incurs a fee of $1 per minute per child.

DAY CARE ONLY

Group Rate for Kids: $15.99 each (min 20 kids)
Adult Admission: $5.00 each

Details:

Group Rates are available Monday to Friday for organizations such as daycares, day camps, churches, and recreation centers.
Reservations are required for this option.
A minimum of 20 kids is required to qualify for the Group Rate.
This rate cannot be applied to parties.

What are the age requirements for Castle Royale?

The playground is suitable for children who can walk up to 13 years of age. If using the Drop and Shop service, children must be at least 4.5 years old. All children must have paid admission to enter.

Can I drop my child off while I shop?

Yes, you can drop your child off for a maximum of 2 hours if they are at least 4.5 years old. You must stay within the mall and have a Canadian or American cell phone in case we need to reach you.

What security measures are in place?

Upon entry, each child and adult receives a wristband. For Drop and Shop, the child's wristband will include the parent’s phone number, and a matching wristband will be issued to the parent. Only the parent with the matching wristband or photo ID can pick up the child.

What is your privacy policy?

We respect our customers' privacy. Information collected from admission waivers will not be sold to other organizations.
